Your 30-day return window
Contact us within 30 days of delivery to request a return. For a change-of-mind return, the item must be unused, uninstalled and in its original condition, with its parts and original packaging. Please have your order number or proof of purchase ready.
How to start a return
- Contact our customer support team with your order number and the item you would like to return.
- We will review your request and provide return instructions and the correct return address.
- Pack the item securely and keep your return tracking receipt.
Please contact us before sending anything back. The registered business address is not necessarily our returns facility.
Who pays for return shipping?
For a change of mind, an incorrect size selection or another non-defect reason, you are responsible for return shipping costs. Standard outbound shipping is free. If we sent the wrong item, or your order arrived damaged or defective, we will cover the necessary return shipping or arrange another appropriate resolution.
Damaged, defective or incorrect items
Please contact us promptly with your order number and photos of the item and packaging. Keep the item and packaging while we review the issue. We will work with you on the appropriate refund, replacement or return.
Refunds
After we receive your returned item, refund review and processing take 3–5 days. We will inspect the return and email you the outcome. Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method. Your payment provider may need additional time to post the credit.

Product condition
Installation marks, adhesive residue, missing parts and damage from use can affect eligibility for a change-of-mind return. This does not limit any rights you may have for faulty or incorrectly supplied goods under applicable law.
