Where we deliver
We currently ship to the United States and Canada. Standard shipping is free in both countries.

Processing and transit are separate stages. Business days exclude weekends and public holidays. These are estimates rather than guaranteed delivery dates. Carrier disruption, customs checks, holidays or an incomplete address may take additional time.
Taxes and duties
Product prices include applicable taxes and import duties for orders delivered to the United States and Canada. You will not be asked to pay additional taxes or import duties on delivery.
Following your delivery
We will send a shipping confirmation with tracking details when your order is dispatched. Tracking can take a little time to update after the carrier receives the parcel.
Need to change your address?
Please contact us as soon as possible with your order number and corrected address. We can help if the order has not yet been dispatched. Changes after dispatch depend on the carrier.
Something does not look right?
If your parcel is delayed, marked delivered but missing, or arrives damaged, keep the packaging and contact us with your order number. Photos of the parcel and item help us investigate damage and arrange the appropriate next step.
