Welcome to VEBRAN. We want shopping for your kitchen to feel as straightforward as using it. These terms explain how our website and purchases work, alongside our Shipping Policy, Returns & Refunds Policy and Privacy Policy.
Shopping with VEBRAN
These terms apply to vebran.com and orders placed through our store. Please read them before ordering. If you have a question about an item or your purchase, contact us before checking out so we can help.
Your details and account
Please provide accurate contact, billing and delivery details and keep your account password private. You must be legally able to place an order, or have the permission and supervision required by the laws that apply to you. Let us know if you believe your account has been used without your permission.
Products and choosing your fit
We aim to describe our products clearly and show their details accurately. Screen settings and lighting may affect how a finish appears. Check the selected size, measurements, included components and installation guidance on the product page before ordering. Styling props are not included unless the product listing expressly says otherwise.
Prices, taxes and payment
Prices are shown in U.S. dollars (USD). Product prices include applicable taxes and import duties for delivery to the United States and Canada; no additional taxes or import duties are payable on delivery. Standard shipping is free in both countries. Any available payment methods and the order total are shown at checkout. Payment-provider processing times may vary.
Placing or changing an order
Please review your items, selected sizes and delivery address before submitting an order. An order acknowledgement confirms that we have received your request; it does not confirm dispatch. If an item is unavailable, a price or listing contains an error, or we cannot fulfill an order, we will contact you to explain the issue and the available next steps. We will not substitute an item or charge a higher price without your agreement. If an order is cancelled after payment, the amount paid for the cancelled items will be refunded.
Need to correct or cancel an order? Email us as soon as possible with your order number. We can help before dispatch where possible. Once an order has shipped, address changes depend on the carrier and returns follow our returns policy.
Delivery
We currently sell and ship to the United States and Canada. Order processing takes 1–2 business days, followed by an estimated 3–5 business days in transit: approximately 4–7 business days in total. Business days exclude weekends and public holidays. These estimates are not guaranteed delivery dates; carrier disruption, customs checks or incomplete addresses can cause delays. Returns and refunds
Contact us within 30 days of delivery to request a return. For a change-of-mind return, items must be unused, uninstalled and in their original condition, with all parts and original packaging. Buyers pay return shipping for non-defect reasons, including an incorrect size selection. Please request instructions and the correct return address before sending anything back.
If an item arrives damaged, defective or incorrect, contact us promptly with your order number and photos. We will cover the necessary return shipping or arrange another appropriate resolution. After we receive a return, refund review and processing take 3–5 days. Approved refunds go to the original payment method; your provider may need additional time to post the credit. Installation and everyday care
Follow the supplied instructions and choose a mounting method suited to your wall. For adhesive mounting, allow 72 hours to cure before loading. Follow any stated load limits, keep sharp tools safely stored and check that the organizer is secure before use. Product demonstrations do not replace the supplied installation and care instructions.
Using our website
Please use the store lawfully. Do not attempt to access another person’s account, interfere with checkout or website security, introduce harmful code, or use the website for fraudulent orders. VEBRAN branding and website materials may not be copied or presented as your own without permission, except where applicable law permits their use.
Your information
Our Privacy Policy explains the information used to manage accounts, process orders, arrange delivery and answer requests. Please do not email identity documents or full payment-card details to customer support.
If something goes wrong
Contact us with the relevant order number and a clear description of the issue so we can work toward a resolution. We do not guarantee uninterrupted website access, but will work to address reported technical problems. Nothing in these terms excludes or limits rights or remedies that cannot lawfully be excluded or limited, including rights relating to faulty, unsafe or incorrectly supplied goods.

We may update this page as our store changes and will show the latest update date above. The terms presented when you place an order apply to that order unless a change is required by applicable law or agreed with you.
